Thick and Creamy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Serious Valentines vibes while enjoying this smoothie rn. Fun to look at AND fun to eat, raspberry smoothie bowls are the “lazy girls (or guys)” perfect go-to healthy snack. They are packed with nutrients, low in sugar (not that we care), and GORG. Follow along for my super easy recipe for this bad boy.

When making a thick/creamy smoothie that works well in a bowl, I find using mostly frozen ingredients and liquid (whatever milk you prefer) only when you need it is what will give you the best result.

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 c of Frozen Blueberries
  • A Couple Chunks of Frozen Avocado
  • Handful of Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 T of Local Honey (It’s Allergy Season!)
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Spinach
  • 2 T of Milk of Your Choice (Add More if Needed)

Throw this all in a food processor or blender and top with whatever you’re feelin’! I topped this bowl with more fresh raspberries, dark chocolate chunks and some shredded coconut. Enjoy!
