They are packed with nutrients, low in sugar (not that we care), and GORG. Follow along for my super easy recipe for this bad boy.
- 1 1/2 c Frozen Bananas
- 1/2 c of Frozen Blueberries
- A Couple Chunks of Frozen Avocado
- Handful of Fresh Raspberries
- 1 T of Local Honey (It’s Allergy Season!)
- 1 Handful of Fresh Spinach
- 2 T of Milk of Your Choice (Add More if Needed)
