This smoothie bowl is perfect for when you need a big boost of nutrients after a long night or hard week. Filled with tons of protein, fiber and healthy carbs, this one is sure to get you going!

Just an FYI – I find Crazy Richards Creamy PB makes for the yummiest, drippiest topping to any smoothie


– 3/4 c Frozen Banana

-1 Handful of Frozen Blueberries

-1 Handful of Spinach

– A Few Fresh Raspberries

-Half of a Frozen Avocado

-1 t of Peanut Butter

-1 T Ground Flaxseed

-Splash of Your Choice of Milk


-Rolled Oats

-Coconut Shreds

-Chia Seeds

-Hemp Seeds

-More Blueberries and Peanut Butter
