
If you’re an oatmeal freak like myself, you absolutely NEED this in your life. This yummy breakfast is a little crispy on top, gooey in the middle, and so delicious throughout. After testing out a few different baked oatmeal recipes, I have found this one is the best. Please test out this creamy treat and let me know your thoughts!

Ingredients:
-1/2 C Oats
-3/4 C Almond Milk
-1 T Peanut Butter
-1 T Maple Syrup
-1 t Baking Powder
-1 t Cinnamon
-1/2 A Banana
-Dash of Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients (except leave a few banana slices and pb for toppings) into an oven safe ramekin and bake for 30 mins. Top with banana slices, warm PB, and some more cinnamon!
