PB&J Overnight Oats

As you learn more about me and my eating habits, you’ll find I try to make a pb&j flavor for everything. In my opinion, it is simply just the best combo out there and when you try these oats I think you’ll agree!

Honestly who could resist this drip?


-1/2 c Rolled Oats 

-1/2 c of Milk

-1 1/2 T of Maple Syrup

-1/2 T of chia seeds

-1 T of Homemade Blueberry Jam (recipe coming!)

-2-3 T of Peanut Butter

-Small Handful of Your Choice of Berries

-Small Handful of PB Granola

-Half of a Banana Sliced


  1. In a mug or bowl combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and half of the pb.
  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients in whatever order you’d like!
