A few snaps of our awesome morning at Ambrose Farms! Emmie is always happiest when he’s playing in the dirt out in the sun so this was a perfect way to start our day. There really is nothing like seeing your little one enjoy nature and some awesome healthy food. Ambrose farms has “U-Pick” everyday from 9-6 for the next few months so get out there and pick some strawberries!

This morning was my first time trying BB’s (blender bombs) from @hushupandhustle and HOLY CRAP am I impressed!! This little bomb of goodness is all you need to add some amazing health benefits to your morning smoothie. I have the PB flavor (obvi) and made my self a little pb&j inspired smoothie bowl. Banana, frozen berries, coconut cream, spinach, @reghomemade pb, honey, and my BB. Then of course topped it off with more goodies bc I literally can’t help myself. 3 INGREDIENT blueberry banana fritters 🍌!! These are Emmett’s favorite snack. Stole and revised this recipe from @healthylittlefoodies (she’s my favorite healthy mommy blogger, check her out) and it is honestly the easiest thing in the world and an amazing alternative to pancakes (especially mixes) if you’re trying to avoid processed foods. Mash up a banana with a 1/4 of your choice of flour and mix in some blueberries. Then put some of the batter on a hot oiled skillet and get them up! THATS IT. For the picture shown I used 2 bananas, a little over 1/2 c of flour, a small handful of blueberries, dash of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Put some @noosayoghurt blueberry yogurt in the middle for dipping. These are insanely sweet and easy, I honestly feel like I’m eating fair food but they are actually GOOD for you!! Try this one out!!
