Thankful for warm weather, a smiley boy, and sweet/tangy/fragrant passion fruits 🍍
Chewy, soft chocolate chunk cookies. Nothing better. Recipe coming to blog tomorrow 🍪
I’ve had an itch to make something a little more complex lately, so here are some homemade bagels! Any recipe for NY style bagels will take you 1-8 hours from start to finish including resting times. This one takes about 2 hours (this include an hour of letting the dough rest and then another 10 mins once the dough is shaped). I really think this is the perfect NY style bagel, recipe coming to my blog soon!
Wild blueberry power bowl 💪🏼. Especially love this in the morning to help me get my day going. For this one I use frozen wild blueberries (I promise you can tell a difference between wild and reg) from Trader Joe’s, a ripe banana, strawberries, a spoonful of nut butter, handful of spinach, a little ground flax, and some chia! Lots of power packed into this yummy bowl. Thanks for the inspo @ambitiouskitchen
Accidental patriotic toast 💁🏼. Got some @eatnuttzo in the mail yesterday so had to try it out. This guy is topped with their #paleo power fuel crunchy nut butter, @salbachia white chia seeds, strawberries, and blueberries. Hope you all have a great weekend! 🎉🎉
FAT BOWL aka “this is what I have left in my fridge rn bowl” 🤤. It’s an absolutely GORGEOUS day here (the high is only 80!) and I’m definitely so grateful I got to spend it with my boy. • Keto friends, energy deficient friends, friends who don’t care and just want something yummy- try this out!! • @siggisdairy blueberry skyr, homemade blueberry coconut cream (blend can of whole fat coconut milk with some blueberries and a little honey. Let settle and scrape the “butter” off the top), @crazyrichardspb creamy pb, frozen berries, sprinkle of @sunfood ground flaxseed and a dash of cinnamon
